We include return shipping labels with all orders shipped within the United States.
If you live within the United States, follow the directions on the packing slips enclosed with your order.
Due to high shipping fees incurred with shipping to Canada, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping. We will, however, absorb the fee for shipping the replacement back to you.
We offer a 30-day policy for returns to and out of Canada from date of delivery.
If you live outside the US and want to return new items, please mail your order back to us. Include a copy of the packing slip return form indicating what you would like to exchange or return in your shipment. Exchange shipping charges may apply for some items.
