Care Guide

We recommend washing your rain gear regularly relative to use to ensure extended performance.

Hand or machine wash in cool water with a detergent designed for outerwear. Avoid fabric softeners.

Hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid excessive heat. Seam tape can fall apart in a dryer, and it is not a pretty sight.

Great fit, nice color, good hood coverage too
It’ll be my “all the time” rain jacket!

I like the fit and the ventilation and all the attention to details including illuminated trim. I haven't had it out in serious rain yet, but so far it has performed well.

I bought this to replace a hi-vis yellow rain jacket and was a bit disappointed by the color - not nearly as bright as in the photos. Also, there's not as much reflective material as I would prefer. I typically wear M but bought L to be able to layer and used it first when travelling. It didn't end up raining, but I was able to use it as an outer layer and was satisfied by its packability and performance as a shell. I just used it for the first time biking in the rain (32 degrees and steady rain). It kept me dry but when I took it off, it was slightly damp on the inside. I didn't notice this when it wasn't raining.

Great jacket to keep you dry....first run out...slight misting rain that turned into a honest to goodness rainstorm....I was dry!!

Large enough to layer. It has yet to rain so I've not gone on a ride wearing it, so I can't say how well it does.

What a nice first impression you made for a new customer!

I purchased the Syncline jacket for cycling and have already tested it twice in two showers (one light, one heavy). The jacket keeps my upper body and head very dry even in a heavy downpour. It is not as windproof as I hoped, but this may be due to the breathability of the fabric plus heavier-than-usual winds and is easily remedied by adding a layer. I'm also impressed with the jacket's hood, which does not distract or obstruct my visibility. The jacket design is extremely flattering including its reflective trim, which is a plus.

I only wish I had come here sooner!

I bought this for my daughter for this coming Christmas. She is excited to try it out. She has tried it on....they run a little small, and that is good we ordered the large.

Very happy with my jacket. Quality construction and I really like the ice blue color. Works well for bike commuting, and then I can wear the same jacket for around town when I am at the office.

I just rode the Bourbon Burn in Kentucky where the remnants of the hurricane spun on us all day Sat. I rode 80 miles in the rain. The rain NEVER stopped. My mid section w/your jacket on was the only dry spot on my body. The coat did it's job well!

Great jacket, my wife is usually a woman's medium, but large works better so she can add a layer.

Stylish, well-fitting jacket, with handy pockets and good reflective material on the body and cuffs. Berry colour is attractive and doesn't scream "BIke jacket!" I bought this one to replace an older one.

Two quibbles: the collar needs some sort of reinforcement so that the waterproof layer doesn't rub off with friction against the neck (that's where my old one gave out, making it useless in the rain, although the rest of the jacket was in great shape). And the material isn't all that breathable; this is not a jacket I use for long or vigorous rides.

A jacket that combined the fabric of the more expensive Elite jacket with the styling of the Syncline would be perfect.

Beautiful coat, but ran large and was more water resistant than waterproof.

The Syncline CC is a nice light rain jacket, but was smaller than expected based on other Showers Pass jackets so it was necessary to return it.
Although this particular jacket wasn't what we wanted, my general experience with Showers Pass cycling jackets is that they are very high quality with great features. I also want to add that the service I received from Showers Pass was excellent.

It fit perfect. Just a tiny bit tight to put an other coat underneeth. Like the pants, wonderfull and happy of the visilibity late at night. Color good choice also. Just need now the glove and socks. Winter in Montreal his very sloppy.

I looked through a ton of jackets in a ton of stores before landing at Showers Pas, and this was exactly the jacket I had in mind. It's been great for biking as the weather gets windy and cold, and I love the bright colour.

Was exactly what I needed - a super high vis rain jacket for commuting. So far so good. True to size, I can fit a couple thin sweaters or one thicker wool under it for winter riding. I'm 5'7 and ~150 lbs and bigger bust and big hips.
My only wish would be that the back be a little longer to go a bit more over my behind!

I wear this jacket for commuting (cycling) in Vancouver BC weather and it's been great for wind and rain. The leaf green is a beautiful visible colour. It fits on the slim side so it works well with tight fitting cycling clothes underneath. I bought from from Showers Pass' Canadian site and shipping was super quick.

Great fit. Bright, safe colour. Weighs very little. Practical. I don't understand the placement of the pit zips.
