I love the details of this pant but the waist from this company is always so small! And the length is ridiculously long. Unfortunately I bought it on sale so I have to keep them. For reference I always wear large pants and the length is never a problem.

Women's Refuge Pant Black / Large
I have previously purchased and used the Women's Transit Pant, Trailhead Hoodie, and Men's Elite 2.1 Jacket. This time, I ordered the Women's Refuge Pant. I bike commute to work daily (15 miles/day), and the Transit Pants fit well and held up for ~4 years, working well for wind and rain protection. The Refuge Pants also fit well so far, and the additional features are nice - zip vents, pocket, suspender option, reinforced seat (Transit Pants wore out in the seat first). Altogether, the Showers Pass gear does its best given the inherent compromises between fabric weight, cost, and water resistance. If I find something with similar fit but higher durability, I'll be tempted to switch, but for many people this gear is the right choice.

Women's Refuge Pant Black / X-Small
Women's Refuge Pant Black is fantastic. They came right in time for the Pacific West Coast atmospheric river. I stay dry and I was not overheated. The waterproof-breathable hardshell fabric is incredible. It is light and breathable. The additional details of the thigh vent, the pocket, the reflective straps and the better quality zippers also make this worthwhile.
The material is loud so you won't be sneaking up on anyone wearing this but if you can be dry, it's a good trade off.
Also, the customer service for this was also great. Shari was extremely helpful with my order.
